Susanne Leidig’s orthopaedic career began in 2000 at the Oskar-Helene-Heim, where the ortho-eins practice is located today. From 2003 – 2015 she worked at the Emil von Behring Clinic, since 2009 in the Department of Pediatric Orthopaedics under the direction of PD Dr. med. In addition to general orthopaedics, her focus is therefore also on pediatric orthopaedics. She takes great pleasure in caring for her young (and older) patients, from infants to teenagers. The spectrum includes the treatment of all pediatric orthopaedic conditions such as scoliosis, postural disorders, foot malpositions, hip dysplasia, hip snapping, internally rotated gait, knock knees or bow legs as well as the treatment of childhood fractures and sports accidents. Of course, Ms. Leidig also offers adult patients the full range of conservative orthopaedic therapies, including manual medicine and acupuncture.
